Margarita Smith-Roudakova - Clinical Sports Injury Therapist
After an extensive career as a classical ballet dancer and an aerial gymnast and having experienced a few injuries her-self Margarita developed an interest in Sports injury therapy. She returned into full time education and achieved an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Sports Therapy.
Blending together Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Injury therapy , Exercise therapy, Ultra Sound, Massage and Remedial Bodywork, a powerful combination of techniques for injury prevention and rehabilitation, Margarita takes her patients through the entire treatment journey.
Margarita also has a particular interest in MLD, Austrian Manual Lymphatic Drainage technique which allows treating and relieving symptoms of various oedemas and post operational conditions.
