REFLEXOLOGY
FOOT
Stimulation of the reflex points of the feet induces deep relaxation, relief to chronic and acute conditions, re-energises & detoxes. Reflexology is beneficial for skin and respiratory conditions, migraine, PMS and menopausal problems, chronic fatigue, stress, depression and anxiety.
FACIAL
This method of Facial Reflexology was developed by award winning Reflexologist Ziggie Bergman. It is a non-invasive, natural Complementary Therapy based on the same principles as Foot Reflexology. It provides the same therapeutic benefits as regular Reflexology but with some wonderful added benefits.Includes a neck, shoulder and scalp massage.
PREGNANCY PRE-CONCEPTUAL AND POST NATAL REFLEXOLOGY
Offering pre-conception, pregnancy and post natal reflexology. Reflexology is an excellent therapy for women wishing to conceive. During pregnancy (after week 12) reflexology can provide time for relaxation and can help soothe pregnancy ailments (e.g. morning sickness, backache, insomnia, constipation and general aches and pains), prepare the body for labour and birth, conserve energy for you and the baby and increase oxygen to your body and in turn your baby. After week 37 of pregnancy treatments change to incorporate specific reflex points relating to the glands that are directly involved in preparing for labour.
BLISSFUL BACK, FACE AND NECK EXPERIENCE
A comprehensive mind & body treatment performed on the face, head, neck and shoulders. It includes a deep tissue massage of the back, neck & shoulders followed by a rejuvenating face & scalp massage using Hayo’u oils and massage tools.Beneficial for stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia, headaches, migraine and sinusitis.
REIKI
“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing, This tradition was founded by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century and evolved as a result of his research, experience and dedication. Reiki is a hands-on treatment, beneficial for pain relief, strengthens the immune system, reducing stress, releasing blocked and suppressed feelings and for bereavement.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystal healing therapy is an energy-based system. This means it is based on the belief that we are all made up of different energies and that when this becomes stagnant, unbalanced, or blocked, it can cause illness. The premise is that crystals help unblock, balance, and direct energy where it is most needed, gently supporting the body to heal in a therapeutic way.
