Ultrasound therapy works by:
Increasing blood flow- The thermal energy from the ultrasound waves dilates blood vessels, which increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to cells.
Improving tissue healing- The sound waves cause cells in the tissue to vibrate, which speeds up healing.
Reducing inflammation- The heating effect of the ultrasound can help reduce chronic inflammation.
Improving lymph flow- The ultrasound helps tissue fluids flow better, which allows more white blood cells to pass through the tissues to help fight infections

What our patients say...
"Decided to treat myself to some chiropractic sessions instead of going earlier when I was experiencing discomfort and my injuries were resulting in the rest of my body picking up the slack and getting injured. Henry Bramwell-Reeks was really good.
Not only did they unlock a serious shoulder/back impingement and increase my mobility but they provided me with the stretches I needed to do to in order to improve the movement over time. I have been now over half a dozen times and as a real treat, I had an hour long massage with Poppaea which was a proper treat.
Years of neglect, lack of warming up before parkrun and long runs had left me with knots and tight muscles. Worth every penny and I will certainly do it again as maintenance rather that a treat. Other things worth noting, the booking emails and reminders are really good, parking is a little tight but I have always managed to find a space in the adjourning road"
