Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We understand there are times when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failing to turn up for an appointment, or not contacting the clinic within 24 hours to cancel the appointment, has an adverse effect on other patients and the smooth running of the clinic.

It leads to:

• An increase in the waiting times for appointments.

• Frustration for emergency patients who are in pain.

To resolve this issue Durham House has the following cancellation policy:

Missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will incur a 50% treatment charge.
