Sam believes that Sports massage can help to improve people’s quality of life in so many ways.
Sam has been a part of the Durham House Team since she was 16, working on Reception as our Saturday girl. She was introduced to the clinic two years prior to this when she became a client of Galin’s for Migraines.
Sam is a keen runner and gym goer. She has taken part in many events over the years including swimming, cycling, triathlon and obstacle racing which means she has a strong understanding of the injuries and stresses of a wide range of activities.
